Come and enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in your own private trailer located within Ipperwash Family Campground.     The campground is located close to Lake Huron (only a 0.7 km walk to the beach). The beach at Ipperwash has been voted #1 best beach in southern Ontario with pristine water and gorgeous sand. The lake is perfect for all your water sporting needs.  Fishing, boating, waterskiing are some of the popular activities found in our area.  We also have our own private hiking trails plus many more public hiking.   Set up your chairs and relax in your own private space within the campground.    Eat smores with your family while enjoying your own private firepit.   Enjoy our beautifully renovated pool.    We also have a cute little playground that little ones will enjoy.   

The trailer is brand new with 2-bedroom bunkhouse, outside kitchen with huge 2 door fridge, microwave, and outdoor kitchen.   We are just starting to book for the season.  

We will have 2-night minimum stays during the spring and fall. Except on long weekends where it is a 3-night minimum. 

The summer will be 7-night minimum stays Saturday to Saturday. Prices are as follows:  7 night’s stay Total $1456.25 Includes taxes, Administration Fees, and Sanitization fees. Extra fees are $150 Damage deposit Fully refundable. Max 4 adults and 2 kids (Maximum 6 guests but no more than 4 adults 18 years and Older) 

Extra fees are pet charge $50.00 plus HST per pet. Max 2 small dogs under 20LBS combined.   

You must bring all your own bedding, pillows, and linens.     

3 NIGHT STAY

Total $657.40 Includes taxes, Administration Fees, and Sanitization fees. Extra fees are $150 Damage deposit Fully refundable. Max 4 adults and 2 kids (Maximum 6 guests but no more than 4 adults 18 years and Older) Extra fees are pet charge $50.00 plus HST per pet. 

Max 2 small dogs under 20LBS combined. 

Firewood is also extra.

2 NIGHT STAY

Total $457.68 Includes taxes, Administration Fees, and Sanitization fees. Extra fees are $150 Damage deposit Fully refundable. 

Max 4 adults and 2 kids (Maximum 6 guests but no more than 4 adults 18 years and Older) 

Extra fees are pet charge $50.00 plus HST per pet. Max 2 small dogs under 20LBS combined. 

Firewood is also extra.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking. If payment is not received, the campsite will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Cancellation Policy:

• 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival: One night’s stay plus HST will be retained.
• 1–2 Weeks Prior to Arrival: Half of the total reservation cost will be retained.
• 1 Week Prior to Arrival: No refund will be provided.
• The administration fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Please note, no check-ins are allowed past 7:00 PM unless arranged in advance.

Additional Information:

• Firewood: Bringing outside firewood into the campground is not permitted. Firewood can be purchased onsite (cash only) at an additional cost.
• Occupancy: The campsite rate covers 2 adults and their children aged 17 and younger. Any children aged 18 and over will incur an additional charge.
• Guests/Visitors: All guests or visitors must be registered and paid for prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate surprise guests.
• Quiet Policy: Our campground promotes a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Music and voices from your site should not be audible to neighboring campers at any time.
